Not always. Italist connects you with a network of independent luxury boutiques, so if your order includes items from different boutiques, they may be shipped separately — each with its own tracking number.

Each shipment can also have a different delivery date. If your order includes items from multiple boutiques, wait for the tracking email for each individual shipment before assuming an item is missing.
