Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or product-specific requirements.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Fur coats
- Jewellery
- Eyewear
- Down jackets and items containing feathers
- Watches
- Hosiery
- Fragrances and other scent-based products
Final Sale items
Items marked as Final Sale are also not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If a non-returnable or Final Sale item arrives damaged, defective or faulty, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible after delivery and provide photos and details of the issue.
