What if my tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my package?Updated 6 days ago

The carrier confirms delivery with a signature, a delivery photograph, geolocation, or another method permitted by its local policies — this record is treated as the official confirmation of delivery. Please make sure you or someone you authorize is able to receive the package, sign for it when required, and retrieve it promptly if the carrier holds it after a failed delivery attempt.

If a package is signed for by you or an authorized recipient, left in a shared delivery area, or returned because it wasn't collected in time, a refund may not be available. Package issues are reviewed based on the carrier's records and the order details.

Before assuming a package marked as delivered was lost or stolen, check a few things: look around your delivery location (porch, mailroom, etc.), check with neighbors or building staff who may have accepted it on your behalf, and review the delivery confirmation details in your tracking (signature, photo, or geolocation can help confirm exactly where and to whom it was delivered).

If you've checked all of the above and still believe your package was stolen, please file a report with your local police, and contact us — we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
