Delivery typically takes 4 business days once your order is processed and shipped. Total time from order placement is usually 5-8 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves the boutique.

A few things can occasionally extend delivery times:

During high-volume sale periods, boutiques may need slightly longer to process and pack orders. Italian public holidays can also pause processing or courier pickups for a day or two — our boutiques are based in Italy, so local holidays may affect dispatch times. 

Shipments crossing international borders can be held briefly by customs for routine clearance, particularly if additional documentation is needed. And occasionally, a courier may request additional information (such as a phone number or ID) to complete delivery, which can add a day to the process.
