Once you ship your return, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for the package to reach us.

After your return is delivered, the item will be inspected to make sure it meets our return requirements.

Once the return has been approved:

Refund to your original payment method

Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow your bank or payment provider an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Store credit

If you selected store credit when starting your return, your credit will be issued once the return has been received and processed.

Store credit does not require bank processing and can be used toward a new purchase on Italist.
