Italist does not offer direct exchanges, and we cannot send a replacement item as part of the original order.

If you need a different size, color or product, you can:

1. Return the original item.
2. Select store credit as your refund method when starting the return.
3. Once your return has been received and processed, use your store credit to place a new order on italist.

When you choose store credit:

• The $99 USD return fee is waived.
• No return shipping or logistics costs are deducted.
• Your credit is issued once your return has been received and processed.
• You can use the credit toward a new purchase on italist.

Please note: Customs duties and applicable customs or processing costs are not included in the store credit.
