What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, JCB, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed through a secure PCI DSS compliant checkout system with SSL encryption. We do not currently offer split payments, Buy Now, Pay Late
Why does my payment keep getting declined?
Your card may be declined due to security blocks on foreign transactions. Please contact your bank or card issuer before making a purchase to authorize international transactions.
What currency am I charged in?
Prices are displayed and charged in the currency shown at checkout, based on your delivery location. You can change your currency using the country selector in the site header before checking out.
When is my card charged?
Your card is charged when you place your order. If your order contains more than one item and one of them turns out to be unavailable once our supplier reviews it, you won't be charged separately for that — a refund for the unavailable item will be i
Can I pay with store credit?
