Returns to your original payment method are not free. Returns will incur a $99 USD return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. You are also responsible for customs duties and shipping fees, which will not be refunded.

There is one exception. If you select store credit as your refund method when you start your return, the $99 USD return fee is waived, so no return shipping costs are applied.

Customs duties are still not included in the store credit because these amounts are paid directly to state government or customs authorities and cannot be refunded by Italist.
