The amount you receive depends on the refund method you select when starting your return.

If you choose a refund to your original payment method:

A $99 USD return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and logistics costs.

Please note that returns may need to be imported back into Italy. As a result, customs duties and any applicable customs or processing costs are not refunded and may also be deducted from your refund.

If you choose store credit:

The $99 USD return fee is waived, so no return shipping or logistics costs are deducted from your store credit.

However, customs duties and any applicable customs or processing costs are still not included in the store credit, as these amounts are paid to the relevant government or customs authorities and cannot be refunded by Italist.
