A return may be denied if the item does not meet our return requirements.

This may include situations where:

• Original tags or labels have been removed or damaged.
• The item has been worn or used.
• The item is damaged or altered.
• Original packaging or accessories are missing.
• The item is not returned in the condition in which it was received.
• The item is not eligible for return under our return policy.

If your return is denied, we will inform you and provide the available options for the item.

You may choose to have the item returned to you at your expense, or, where available, authorize us to donate the item.

Please note: Italist's warranty applies only during the 14-day return period. Issues reported after this period may be considered mechanical damage and may not be covered.
