We want to make returns straightforward and fair for all customers. Please make sure that all returns comply with our return policy and that returned items meet the required conditions.

Italist may review return activity to identify fraudulent, abusive, or unusual return activity, including returns that do not comply with our return requirements.

If we identify activity that violates our return policy, we may take appropriate action, which can include restricting or suspending access to the Italist platform or future purchases.
