To use a promotional code:

1. Add the eligible item(s) to your shopping bag.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your promotional code in the Promo Code field.
4. Apply the code before completing your payment.
5. Make sure the discount has been applied to your order before placing it.

If your code does not work

If the code is not accepted, please check:

• That the code has been entered correctly.
• That the code has not expired.
• Whether a minimum order value is required.
• Whether the items in your order are eligible for the promotion.
• Whether the promotion has any brand, product or category exclusions.
• Whether another promotional code has already been applied to the order.

Only one promotional code can be used per order, unless otherwise stated.

If you believe your code should be valid but it still does not work, please contact Customer Care before completing your purchase so we can check the promotion for you.
