At Italist, we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users. If you would like to delete your Italist account and associated personal data, you can submit a request to our Customer Care team.
How do I request account deletion?
To request the deletion of your Italist account and associated data:
- Send an email to [email protected] requesting that your account and associated personal data be deleted.
- Please use the email address associated with your Italist account so we can identify your account and process your request.
- Our Customer Care team will assist you with your request and provide any necessary information regarding the deletion process.
Please note that customers cannot delete their Italist accounts directly through the website or app. Account deletion requests must be submitted to Customer Care.
What happens after I request deletion?
Once your request has been processed, your account information and associated personal data will be deleted from our systems, subject to any information that may need to be retained under applicable laws and regulations.
Some anonymized or aggregated information may also be retained for analytical purposes. This information is not associated with an identifiable individual.
Important
Deleting the Italist app from your device does not delete your Italist account or associated personal data.
If you no longer wish to use the app, you may uninstall it from your device separately, but you must still contact Customer Care to request account deletion.
